Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 29 august 2017, are required by the administrator, Ilene Frances Watters of [contact details redacted] any such claim to her within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which she may convey or distribute the assets with regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
