Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, I hereby cancel notice MA404 as published in the Government Gazette on 3 October 2014, and limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area(s)—Esperance Bay.
