The Shire of Pingelly Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2023 is established under the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. It provides for the establishment, operation, and cancellation of Bush Fire Brigades within the Shire. The local law comes into operation 14 days after publication in the Government Gazette and repeals the Shire of Pingelly By-Law Relating to Fire Control Matters published on 1 November 1995.
