Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 20/05/2024, are required by the trustee of the late Mary Evelyn Collier, c/- Mountains Lawyers, po box 5379, Rockingham Beach wa 6969 to send particulars of their claims to the trustee within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which the trustee then has notice.
