Creditors and other persons having claims in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on 14th november 2025 are required by the joint executors, karen farringdon and dianne ellis, to send particulars of their claims to them c/- [contact details redacted] 6110 within 30 days from date of publication of this notice, after which date the joint executors may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
