Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 june 2018, are required by the trustee, gregory william knaggs of 46 townley street, armadale in the state of western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims which he then has notice.
