Declares the Morley-Ellenbrook Line open for traffic from a point along the Midland railway line prior to Bayswater Station to a point southwest of the intersection of The Parkway and Transit Way, Ellenbrook.

It is hereby notified for general information that pursuant to the Government Railways Act 1904, the line of the Morley-Ellenbrook Line from a point along the Midland railway line, prior to Bayswater Station to a point southwest of the intersection of The Parkway and Transit Way, Ellenbrook, is declared open for traffic on 8 december 2024. The line of the morley-ellenbrook line has been constructed under the authority of the railway (metronet) act 2018 and section 11 of the public works act 1902.
