Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the above-named deceased, who died on the 21/8/2024, are required by the executors Julie-ann Lorca and Nadia Lee Kirk to send the particulars of their claims to Julie-ann Lorca and Nadia Lee Kirk, c/- 24 Lucretia Street Eaton Western Australia 6232, within one (1) month of the date of publication of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
