Pursuant to section 15u of the prisons act 1981, i hereby revoke the following permits— surname other name(s) permit no. barbara kelsie julia pa 0718 biggs shannon lia pa 0948 boyd david pa 0005 chesi michael john pa 0631 helmstedt rebecca-lee pa 0921 jones cheryl margaret pa 0749 lynch jane helen pa 0823 macdonald tania louise pa 0071 narrier darryl pa 0969 opum crystal rose pa 0982 peat sharon pa 1004.
