It is hereby notified for public information that on 28 july 2020, the governor, under the interpretation act 1984 section 12(a), committed the administration of the high risk serious offenders act 2020 as follows— • part 3, sections 30 to 33 and 51, part 4 division 6, section 67 and part 7, to the minister for corrective services; and • the rest of the act, to the attorney general.
