Notice is given of intention to correct an obvious defect in the spatial representation of the operation phase licence area of licence PL 96 by replacing Annexure ‘B’ Figures 1, 2 and 3 with new Annexure ‘B’ Figures 1 and 2; replacing Annexure ‘B’ Table 1 with new Annexure ‘B’ Table 1; and inserting Annexure ‘B’ (2) Land Tenure Deposit Plan 43810 for Registered Easement M072995. Matters in writing will be received for 45 days from publication.
