Amends the restraining orders regulations 1997, inserting a new part 2A relating to explosives.

These regulations amend the restraining orders regulations 1997. They come into operation as follows: regulations 1 and 2 on the day of gazettal, and the rest of the regulations on 1 January 2021. The regulations also insert a new part 2A relating to explosives and amend regulations 2A and 14A.
