This notice, which is for public information only, is to confirm that— I, Michael Connolly, being delegated by the Minister of the Crown to whom the administration of the Local Government Act 1995 is committed by the Governor, and acting pursuant to section 6.28 (1) of that Act, hereby, and with effect from 24 August 2017, determined that the method of valuation to be used by the City of Wanneroo, as the basis for a rate in respect of the land referred to in the Schedules is to be the gross rental value of the land.
