Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 may 2020, are required by the personal representative, martin bartholomew danger, care of amr lawyers of [contact details redacted] by the date one month from the publication date after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
