It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Denmark Town Planning Scheme amendment on 8 March 2019 for the purpose of— removing condition xxiv from the ‘tourist (t1)’ zone provisions under appendix xiii—schedule of tourist zones.
