Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995 and under all other powers, the Council of the City of Swan resolved on 12 July 2023 to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the City of Swan Meeting Procedures Local Law 2023. This local law commences 14 days after it is published in the Government Gazette.
