It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17 on 3 August 2026 for the purpose of modifying the scheme map by inserting an Additional Use No. A114 over Lot 6 (No. 2) Tanner Street Middle Swan, and amending the Scheme text in 'Schedule No. 2—Additional Uses' for Additional Use No. A114.
