Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 25/09/2022, are required by the trustee, Serafina Follington care of Frichot Lawyers, Level 1, Manning Buildings, 135 High Street Mall, Fremantle, Western Australia, to send particulars of their claim to her by 7 march 2023, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
