Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 23 february 2019 at kalamunda hospital campus, kalamunda in the state of western australia, are required by the trustee ronald patrick cleary, c/ avon legal suite 7, [contact details redacted] of western australia to send particulars of their claims to him within one month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
