The late noel robert dunn of 1 oxley avenue, padbury, western australia, deceased. creditors and other persons having claims (pursuant to section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the deceased, who died on 13th july 2022, are required to send particulars to their claims to c/o deceased estate of noel robert dunn, po box 5443, canning vale south wa 6155 within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which the assets may be distributed, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
