The governor in executive council made the Maiyalam Marine Park Order 2022 under section 13(1) and (4) of the act. The objects of the order are to create the Maiyalam Marine Park and classify it as a class A reserve. The area described in deposited plan no. 423635 is reserved as a marine park and classified as class A. A copy of deposited plan no. 423635 may be inspected at the department of biodiversity, conservation and attractions offices at 111 herbert street, broome and 17 dick perry avenue, kensington.
