I, Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemption originally declared on 1 June 2001 and published in the Government Gazette dated 22 June 2001 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 31 May 2025.
