Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of donald william paskos, late of bethesda palliative care unit, queenslea drive, claremont, western australia, who died on 23 may 2019, are requested by the executor, deborah paskos, to send particulars of their claims to her at 49 ellesmere street, mount hawthorn, western australia 6016, within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
