Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 5 February 2024, are required by the Trustee of the late Clifford Morrison Howe of 7 Flinders Street Hopetoun Western Australia 6348 to send particulars of their claims to him, po box 52 lancelin western australia 6044, within one(1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the Trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
