Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on [contact details redacted], Western Australia, are required by the trustee John Kelvin Johnston, c/- Avon Legal Suite 7, [contact details redacted] of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 month of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
