Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 7 may 2022, are required by the executor, david malcolm fuller, of 96 coyle road, oldbury, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to him within 1 month of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
