Creditors and all other persons including family having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect to the estate of Vincent Stanton, late of 16 Deerness Way, Kelmscott, Western Australia who died on the 06th August 2024 are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate, being Mr. Keith Gordon Sorensen of 3 Robinson Road Darlington Perth, to send particulars of their claims to the said address by close of business 31 July 2025 after which I may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice of.
