I, Jeffrey Huntly Haworth, Executive Director, Petroleum Division of the Department of Mines and Petroleum under delegation from the Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to Section 118 of the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982, do hereby advise that— 1. As of 4 August 2017, it is my intention to make available all interpreted data submitted prior to 31 December 2011 in accordance with the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982; and 2. I invite interested persons to advise of any objection to this release of information within 45 days of publication of this notice.
