Published under section 57(4) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1984. Revokes the approval of the Code of Practice: Violence, Aggression and Bullying at Work published in the Government Gazette on 21 July 2006; and approves the Code of Practice: Violence and Aggression at Work, 2022 and the Code of Practice: Workplace Behaviour, 2022. This approval comes into force from the date of publication.
