Pursuant to Section 21 of the Valuation of Land Act 1978, this notice concerns gross rental values and unimproved values. Gross rental values for various local government areas are effective from 1 July 2023. Unimproved values for Western Australia, Christmas Island, and Cocos (Keeling) Islands are effective from 30 June 2023. Objections must be lodged within 60 days of the publication of this notice.
