Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 june 2019, are required by the executors of estate, david john mccleery and peter kenneth mccleery care of palermo chartered accountants level 1, 284 oxford street, leederville wa 6007 to send particulars of their claims to the executors within one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they have notice.
