Made by the Chief Medical Officer, pursuant to section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia) Act 2010. The area of need specified in the Schedule is determined to be an area of need for the purposes of section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia) Act 2010. This determination expires three years after commencement. Schedule: Radiology services in the suburb of Midvale in the Shire of Mundaring.
