Made by the Minister for Commerce and Industrial Relations under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (Shire of Kellerberrin) Christmas Variation Order 2018. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kellerberrin local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed—(a) on the day specified in the Table; and (b) during the hours specified for that day in the Table.
