Notice to creditors and claimants in the estate of Wayne Francis Brindley, late of 24a South Lake Drive, South Lake, Western Australia 6164, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased who died on the 25th September 2023 are required by the administrator, William Leonard Brindley of 15 Anglesea Way Eaton Western Australia 6232, to send particulars of their claim to him at this address. This is to be received by the date one (1) month from the publication date of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
