Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the said deceased person are required by the executor of the deceased’s estate being deanne maree doubikin, care of angus tibbits solicitors, suite 9, 73 calley drive, leeming western australia, to send particulars of their claims to her by 28 october 2022, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
