Made under the Criminal Appeals Amendment Act 2022 section 2(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Criminal Appeals Amendment Act 2022 commencement proclamation 2022. The Criminal Appeals Amendment Act 2022, other than Part 1, comes into operation on 1 January 2023.
