Made by the chief dangerous goods officer under section 27(1) of the dangerous goods safety act 2004 (the ‘act’). This notice may be cited as the dangerous goods safety appointment notice 2022. I appoint william toddkill as a dangerous goods officer for the purposes of the act. This appointment ceases upon the termination of the employment of william toddkill with the department of mines, industry regulation and safety.
