Anthony Thomas Bullen, Acting Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 25 September 2000 and published in the Government Gazette dated 6 October 2000 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 24 September 2022. Locality: Jandakot. Description of Land: Land designated S19/152 in the TENGRAPH electronic plan of the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
