Notice is hereby given to any creditors and other persons having claims pursuant to section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) in respect of the estate of Arnold Cooper, late of 29 Silica Road, Carine, Western Australia and formerly of 45 Marina Boulevard, Ocean Reef, Western Australia, who died on 18 January 2022, to send particulars of their claims in writing to the executor Jill Cooper, c/- Gregson and Associates, Succession Lawyers, po box z5017, st georges terrace, Perth, Western Australia, 6831 on or before one (1) month from the date of the publication of this notice after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
