In the matter of Roma Dorothy Ogier, late of Aegis Amberley, 30 Mell Road, Spearwood, Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovementioned deceased, who died on 21 June 2019 at Fiona Stanley Hospital, 102-118 Murdoch Drive, Murdoch, Western Australia, are required by the executors of her estate, William Joseph Cockle and Jan Michelle McBride, to send particulars of their claims to them c/- Cockle Solicitors, PO Box 32, North Fremantle WA 6159 within thirty-one (31) days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
