Anthony Thomas Bullen, Acting Executive Director, Mineral Titles, extends the exemption originally declared on 25 January 2016 and published in the Government Gazette dated 12 February 2016 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a further period of two years, expiring on 24 January 2020. Locality: Exmouth—Adjacent to Minilya Exmouth Road. Description of Land S19/365.
