Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 25 September 2000 and published in the Government Gazette dated 25 August 2022 and 6 October 2000 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 24 September 2024.
