Made by the Minister under section 271(2) of the Act. This order is the Biodiversity Conservation (Exemptions) Amendment Order 2021. This order comes into operation as follows — (a) clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order — on the day after that day. This order amends the Biodiversity Conservation (Exemptions) Order 2018.
