Made by the Chief Medical Officer, pursuant to section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia). The area of need specified in the Schedule is determined to be an area of need for the purposes of section 67(5) of the Schedule of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Western Australia). This determination expires two years after commencement.
