In the estate of Ivanka Saric late of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia, retired, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 October 2024, are required by the executor, Wendy Helen Blanche Saric of [contact details redacted] of Western Australia to send particulars of their claims to them at HFM Legal, [contact details redacted] one month following the publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to claims of which they then have notice.
