Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustee act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21 march 2019 at mercy care, [contact details redacted] of western australia, are required by the personal representative being norman john hunt to send particulars of their claims to care of brook legal, [contact details redacted] 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
