I, dave kelly, minister for fisheries, western australia, hereby give notice under section 97(9) of the fish resources management act 1994 that i have granted an aquaculture lease to rat island coral aquaculture pty ltd (acn 626 638 604) at a site near rat island at the abrolhos islands for a term ending 30 june 2040. details of the lease are available from the register maintained by the department of primary industries and regional development, perth.
