Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 30 october 2023, are required by the executors of the estate, alan michael mcgowan and stephen mark mcgowan of care of gg legal, [contact details redacted] their claims to them at the address stated herein within 30 days of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
