On 16 January 2023 the Commissioner for Consumer Protection (Commissioner) served a notice on Leeming Junior Cricket Club (Inc.) informing it that if it did not show cause on or before 60 days after the day on which the notice was given the incorporation of the Association would be cancelled. The Association did not show cause within the Allowed Period. Therefore, pursuant to section 147(1) of the Act, the Commissioner orders that the incorporation of the Association be cancelled with effect on and from the date of this order.
