These regulations are the Environmental Protection (Bilateral Agreements) Regulations 2021. They concern the application process for matters to be dealt with as bilateral matters under the Act, particularly in relation to agreements with the Commonwealth Environment Act. A transitional provision addresses certain clearing permit applications.
